Hors D’Oeuvres
We recommend serving selections from our Hors D’ Oeuvres menu during the reception hour prior to the dinner. Two of the four pieces is recommended per person
If your party features only Hors D’ Oeuvres, we suggest a minimum of 10 pieces per person. These pieces make a fine addition to our buffets and can be butlered prior to the buffet opening or prior to a sit down services during cocktail hour.
Cold Selections

- Phyllo Shells: delicate pastry stuffed with red onion marmalade and topped with Gorgonzola Cheese.
